//What is this? +A custom gtk theme using a mix of the aurora gtk engine and inspired by Mac OS X Leopard's design, for the linux gnome desktop environment.
//Requirements? +The aurora gtk engine and clearlooks engine. Aurora can be found here : [link] . Clearlooks comes installed by default on modern gnome desktops.
//Suggestions and notes. +Extract to /usr/share/themes for best results, so that both root and normal user applications can use the theme. +Use along with one of my icon sets for best results. Find them here: [link] . +Also, if you like it and really appreciate my work, PLEASE add this to your favorites and comment. +Also as has told me, if you should want to try and experiment for it to look better add these lines in the gtkrc:
GtkScrolledWindow::scrollbar-spacing = 0 # 0 pixels between gtklist and scrollbar
GtkToolbar::shadow-type = GTK_SHADOW_NONE # no border for toolbar
//Thanks +Special thanks to for the metacity and for the icons and suggestions. Be sure to check out their galleries too.Thanks in advance. Enjoy!
/Changelog: +2.14.08- Added metacity window border (thanks again to ) .
Awesome . The scrollbars look weird on the preview with that black line on the side. I'm too lazy to check if it's only a preview thing . BTW the progress bars are things that the guy who wrote the engine has to work on.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
